Insulation and Attic Performance
Attic work is our core business. We handle attic insulation installation with blown-in fiberglass and cellulose rated to R-38 or higher. Is the old material settled, damp, or dirty? We start with insulation removal. Then we clean the space and install fresh.
Some attics have odd framing or heavy air leaks. There, spray foam insulation seals and insulates in one step. We also install radiant barriers and solar attic fans. Both pull heat out of the attic before it reaches your insulation.
Not sure where to start? Book a free home energy audit. It takes about 45 minutes. You get the report the same day.
Heating and Cooling
Our HVAC team covers air conditioning and heating across the metro. That includes AC repair, AC installation, AC maintenance, heating repair, heating installation, and heating maintenance.
Some rooms the main system just cannot reach. Think additions, garages, and bonus rooms. For those we install ductless mini splits and heat pumps.
Indoor Air Quality
A tighter home makes air quality matter more. Our indoor air quality work covers duct cleaning and duct work repair. We also fit air purifiers and UV lights, plus dehumidifiers and humidifiers.

Why Attic Performance Matters Everywhere in North Texas
The climate is the same across all 19 cities, so the problem is the same too.
North Texas summers push attic temperatures past 140°F. That heat pours down into your rooms. Your AC runs longer. Your bill climbs. Most DFW homes lose 25% to 40% of their cooled air through the attic.
All of DFW sits in IECC Climate Zone 3. Texas energy code sets the attic minimum at R-38. Plenty of homes built before 2015 sit at R-30 or lower. Old material settles over time, so the real number drops further.
What changes from city to city is the housing. Frisco and Prosper are full of newer two-story builds with bonus rooms over the garage. Fort Worth, Irving, and Garland have far more homes from earlier decades. Your city page covers what applies to your street.

Three ways to get where you need to go:
- You know your city. Use the list above. Each page covers local home types, R-value guidance, and price ranges.

- You are not sure yet. Start with the free energy audit. We measure first and advise second.
