Kristale as an absolute doll with scheduling appointments at your convenience. Juan, who managed the whole project, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He quickly identified the issue with my AC unit and laid out improvement options. What impressed me most was his honesty—there was no push for unnecessary repairs or upgrades, just straightforward service at a fair price. The return vent was installed for a smoother operation of my AC unit, also extending its lifespan. Ansley did a phenomenal work on cleaning all the vents and AC maintenance (with attention to detail) that a previous company slacked on. Since the attic ceiling was not suitable for a spray foam insulation, Juan rerouted that option to have it installed onto the attic floor. That lead to thorough seal of the second floor ceiling, which keeps an even temperature throughout the entire house! Brilliant idea! Go with spray foam instead of blown in fiberglass insulation. My home is cool and comfortable again, and I couldn't be happier. The electric bill has dropped in price instantly. My upstairs AC unit stopped working out of nowhere, in Texas, in AUGUST. I made a call and was connected with their head of operations, Juan Cruz. Juan drove out to my house the same day and was able to have an assessment done and make suggestions while he scheduled a technician to come out with needed equipment. Within 48 hours the issue was identified and addressed and repaired by Ansley who arrived first thing the next morning to take care of the problem. He was professional, courteous and an efficient at identifying and resolving the problem. Very affordable as well and we're back up and running. Highly recommend to Texas families who know all to well the nightmare of having HVAC issues in the dead of summer!

I recently had a Certified Performance Report (CPR) test conducted on my home by Green Attics, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. I got a solar fan, radiant barrier, and more insulation installed in March but waited until I got some summer data in to leave a review. According to my utility, I used 18.6% less electricity in June 2024 than in June 2023, despite the average temperature being slightly higher (85° in June 2024 vs 83° in June 2023). That's true even though I've been keeping it a few degrees cooler in the house. The customer service and install process were great, but Green Attics delivered where it counts: lower bills and a more comfortable house. This was well worth the money.

Juan and Ansley were highly knowledgeable and thorough. They were able to pinpoint the root cause of why my HVAC seemed to be working but using up 4x the electricity, leading to massive energy bills. Over the last 3 months, I’ve had 8 companies tell me either there’s nothing wrong, or that I need to fully replace everything for upwards of $30k. Juan and Ansley were the only ones who took the time to properly test and diagnose what was happening, advise me honestly, and charge me fairly. I’m a customer for life.

I had an outstanding experience! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Ian’s technical expertise AND his ability to explain the problem and the pros and cons of alternate solutions. He shared industry standards and actual lifespans, refuting distorted numbers from other contractors designed to instill fear. Instead, Ian created trust. Like many people, I am weary of working with service repairmen, feeling on guard against being scammed, but I felt confident in the solution, pricing, and plan moving forward. Green has earned a new loyal customer. Also - Baker Bros provided a quote for far more work than needed to solve the problem . I highly recommend getting a second opinion when working with Baker.

Ian was great to work with. He was clear about the options and costs without giving me a hard sell. In my case I wanted all of the old blown in insulation pulled out and replaced. The team showed up and pulled all of the old out in about half a day. I looked through the attic and it was very clean with all nooks and crannies covered despite some hard to reach areas. The new insulation was blown in the next day and took about half a day, and again the attic was fully covered including a specific spot that had suffered freezing pipes in the past. Overall I was very pleased with the work and would recommend them.

Juan and the team were so phenomenal to work with. Communication was top notch, the work they did was top notch, and I will be returning to them for all needs that they can service. Highly recommend!

Amazing Guys! They take the time to describe the details of the work, break down the pricing, disc. for getting Everything Done with just one company! (We needed it all done) They did a Great job!! We had Everything done, New AC/Heat pump, Vents cleaned, 17" of Insulation Blown in. They were on time, there was no loitering, These guys stayed Busy. They Completely cleaned up everything before they left. You must give them a call. You will be very Happy that you did.

After several estimates and a range of recommendations, I selected Green Attic and I am very pleased with my decision. We chose radiant barrier and an attic fan to reduce our energy bill and had all duct work cleaned. From the initial meeting for the estimate to the completion of the project their team communicated very well, stayed on schedule as promised and were extremely professional. We had one very small incident with some drywall and I would not mention it other than to say they had it professionally repaired within hours and to find that level of responsiveness and accountability was refreshing and I think speaks to the character of the company and their team.

We had a fantastic experience with Green Attics. Ian and Ansley did an incredible job with our attic clean out/new insulation project. Their communication was excellent, they are intelligent problem solvers and professional. The crew worked efficiently and did an excellent job removing all the old insulation and debris from our attic. Ansley problem solved an air flow issue and re-worked some of the duct work which is something our previous HVAC service companies could not seem to figure out. They were also accommodating during the process so our electrician could inspect the wiring in the attic before the new insulation was blown in. The project price was fair and far less than other bids that were outrageous for the same work. I highly recommend these guys for your attic clean out, insulation and HVAC service needs. These are your guys!

Best attic in the neighborhood! Initially, I had a radiant barrier installed. Loved it so much that when I started looking for solar tubes and found out that these great folks offered them. It was too easy to say yes. The solar tubes provide so much light that I'm constantly checking to see if I left the lights on.

Juan Cruz came out to give us an energy survey. We were rung the day before to confirm, Juan rang to say he would be arriving at 1.51 pm but actually arrived at 1.50 pm. Juan was very pleasant, knowledgable and thorough, not a draught was left undetected. He sat with us before starting to let us know exactly what he would be doing and included us both in the whole process then sat down with us to discuss his findings and how we could make the necessary adjustments. We were impressed that he explained everything in simple terms, had answers to all our questions and had some great inexpensive solutions to many of the problems. At no time did he try to hard sell his companies products, just left us with the information we needed to look at prices with any company including his. Best decision we ever made was to call Green Attics in for a survey, no more rowing over electricity bills, we are now armed with the knowledge and information to go forward and cut our utility bills. I highly recommend contacting Green Attic for an energy audit!

I had my attic insulated recently. I got estimates from 4 companies. I went with Green Attics and it was an easy choice. They delivered a fair price, on-time arrival, and a job well done. They explained my options rather than upselling the more expensive option. They explained the difference rather than tell me the higher price option was the one I should go with. The estimator was able to answer my questions. I was very pleased with the estimator, the workmen and their office staff. I highly recommend this firm.

Attic of the home we bought had very limited insulation. Green attic came promptly and provided a fair quote and came to perform the install of a radiant barrier and insulation a few days later. Did a great job, showed up on time with good communication. The sales rep even helped to move some items from our attic space into the garage so we were ready for install.

They did a good job of cleaning out & replacing the insulation. Be sure to check your attic after the cleaning out. An a/c duct was knocked loose, blowing into the attic, wires to some lights were broken & a pipe was leaking. They did address & fix immediately though.

Great work noticed a difference in my house maintaining it's temp as soon as the spray foam insulation was done. The work was done on time and they were very responsive to issues as they arose and resolved them.

We had over 40 years of old attic insulation replaced by Green Attics and they were great to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently (only took 1.5 days!). We highly recommend using them!

Green Attics did a great job with cleaning out our attic space and blowing in insulation. It was a mess before and smelled bad when we first moved in but now the smell is eliminated and our A/C is not working so hard! They were very communicative from the initial consultation to the day the work was done and with the quality inspection afterwards. Everything started on time and was done thoroughly and efficiently.They took good care and were respectful of our home and belongings while working and cleaned up afterward. Our A/C has been running significantly less and the temperature remains stable in our home now. My only complaint would be that the cover to our attic space is scuffed and banged up now so I will have to repaint that area so it matches the ceiling and doesn’t look dirty like it does now. They could have taken more care with that piece, but otherwise we are very happy with the job done and would highly recommend this company!

Great experience. Had the Green Attics folks add ventilation to my garage - intake vents (air hawks), solar fan and radiant barrier. Very reasonably priced. Service was great, from sales and estimate through installation and f/u quality assurance. And the results? Wow! My garage had been so hot - especially in the attic - that the shingles were at risk of melting. The garage temp now is consistently 10 degrees below the outside temp. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend.

The Green Attics team did a killer job on my friends radiant barrier and I look forward to calling them in to my new home to do the same. Their team was punctual and great at communicating through the entire process. I still can’t believe how much better my friends attic looks! I will be suggesting them to everyone I know and the upsides of radiant barriers. I definitely suggest doing the energy audit first so they can tell you exactly what you need to make your house the most energy efficient.
